Lathered Dreams Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Lathered Dreams! We’re excited to share our handmade, all-natural soaps with you. To ensure your order arrives safely and quickly, here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please note that during busy seasons, such as holidays or special promotions, processing may take a little longer. You’ll receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping methods:
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days (depending on location).
• Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days (depending on location).
• Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days (depending on location).
Please note that these are estimated times and delays may occur due to weather or carrier disruptions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. We strive to offer affordable shipping options, and we’re happy to offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the U.S.
Packaging
Your soap is carefully packaged with love and care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. All of our soaps are wrapped securely to protect them during transit, and we take extra care to make sure each order arrives safely and beautifully.
International Shipping
We are happy to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. This will allow you to track your package from our door to yours. If you have any questions about your tracking or delivery, feel free to reach out to us.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Damaged or Lost Orders
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund (at our discretion).
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used soaps. However, if there is a problem with your order—such as a defect or error—we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange for an unused product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
